To see the latest & wildest Shotput technique-go to "You Tube" and search out "cartwheel shotput"-view the tape and be amazed. (The throwers say it added 3'-4' to their best.)

I have just looked it up on the USATF website and there rules specifically say that this is an illegal technique. Thats to bad I wanted to try it.
