When to use Strongman Training? 3 Years, 11 Months ago Karma: 2  
Regarding utilizing the Strongman Training - When is the best time to perform this work? In season or out of season or both? Also, if we were to include this in our practices in season, what would be recommended for working these activities in (in terms of frequency, etc.)? I like the concepts here, any guidelines to point me in the right direction to better use these concepts in our training program would be very appreciated!

You would incorporate it once a week or once every 2 weeks, namely at the end of the week so the athletes bodies aren't shot for the week of training. Did you buy the equipment yet?
