MY ADVISE WOULD GET IT TAKEN OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Waiting will only make worst and effect your throwing adversely. the time you lose throwing can be made up by drilling on technique and working the lower body hard. You lose the time throwing but the strenght gains to the lower body and technique will stay. I put off surgery on my hip at one point for two years and suffered alot. When i finnally got it the benefits outweight the down time by miles. you could also redshirt for a year and be 100% physically and that record will still be there to be broken!!!
