Re:video links - Throwing Events Discussion

I have been a member for more than a year, but am just beginning to fully utilize this sight. I like the HS training program, and for a distance runner who must now be a throws coach it is helping alot. I have been having trouble accessing video links, When I select a link while viewing the workout, it brings up "404 not found"

Thanks for leaving a message with us. If you have been checking out the site for the past year you have probably noticed some pretty significant changes lately... After making these changes, implementing many new features, and upgrading our technology it is taking a bit longer to restore all of the links and get everything tested out... We should be able to have all of those links fixed soon. Please be patient in the mean time. We're trying to hard to make this the best resource on the web for throwers and coaches such as youself!

thanks, I really do like the HS program. It has been difficult for me to develop a quality throws program, as my background is in the 800, and 1600. It is providing the structured framework I need to keep my kids motivated and on task.
