I am a junior in HS and our throwing team has no coach at all. I started to throw all three events, and really need some drills/tips. I am currently throwing 140 ft. I do the full run and any suggestions will be appreciated.

every thrower is different and you each gets different things out of a certain aspect!

its hard to say do this if we have nothing to judge u off of
