Does anyone know any place other than jumpstart.com to purchase puds? The high school I am coaching at is looking to add some to their training equipment.

If your high school has a shop class show the teacher what one looks like on line. This would be a good project for a student to build and weld together. Than the only cost would be materials and you can save a bunch of money.

The other way that is easy to do is take a old 25 pound plate from the weight room and do pud throws with. You can also have the shop kids take a 25 pound plate and weld a handle to it and you have a very cheap pud.

MF Athletics sells some I bought a bunch from them a couple of years ago when they were on clearence.

Lance Deal also sells them direct he is the throws coach at Oregon.
